In some cases we may be able to obtain another size or special order for you subject to availability. Please email customerservice@littlesassafras.com. Payment will be required in advance for us to place a special order. No refunds or exchanges are allowed on special ordered items.
Sizing:
Unless otherwise noted the following will apply in most cases:
Newborn = 0-3 months
3 months = 3-6 months
6 months = 6-9 months
9 months = 9-12 months

Some vendor’s sizing is considerably different. In which cases we have used our judgment and pieced the items together according to their actual size. Please try the articles on your children before returning based on the tag size. We feel you will not be disappointed.

Little Sassafras is a family owned business and cares about your privacy. We will never sell, lease, or share any of your personal information.
Delivery Time:
Orders placed before 4:00 pm will be processed the following business day. Orders placed after 4:00 pm will be processed the second business day. Delivery times do vary but most merchandise ships within 3-5 days after leaving our store. Please allow 5-7 days for Alaska and Hawaii.
Returns & Exchanges:
If you are unsatisfied with your purchase for any reason, we are happy to exchange or refund it subject to:
Items must be returned within 10 days of receipt in new condition with the manufacture's tag attached. Returns will not be accepted after 10 days for any reason.
Original shipping charges cannot be refunded. If the original order received free shipping and the total falls below $199 after the return the standard shipping fee will be deducted from the refund.
An authorization number is required on exchanges and returns. Please make the request to customerservice@littlesassafras.com. You will receive an authorization number with instructions within 48 hours unless received on weekends.
Please ship returns promptly after the return authorization number is issued. We allow 7 days shipping time once the return authorization number is issued.
Please allow up to 10 days for your return or exchange to be processed.
Custom made, personalized items or specially ordered items are not returnable.
Order Cancellations:
All orders are processed as quickly as possible. We ask that any order be cancelled within 3 hours after being placed.
Sales Tax:
8.25 % Sales tax applies to all orders shipped to a Texas address. There is no sales tax charged for any other state.
